How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order through our website by filling out the Contact Us form, the Place an Order button at the bottom of any page, OR by our social media accounts (Facebook / Instagram) by sending us a message.
Can I order an arrangement pictured on your website?
A: Fig and Fern Floral Design creates one-of-a-kind flower arrangements. We can certainly do our best to mimic the size, color, form and design, but your unique arrangement may differ from that pictured on our website or social media accounts. We will do our best to capture the look and feel of the chosen design, but substitutions may be necessary due to season and availability.
What areas does Fig & Fern Floral Design deliver to?
A: We deliver to most areas in Camden County to include to Audubon, Bellmawr, Barrington, Cherry Hill, Collingswood, Haddonfield, and Haddon Township.
Can I send to an area outside your delivery area?
A: Unfortunately, not at this time. Although, if you are close by in the South Jersey area, send us a message. We may be able to deliver to your designated area.
Q: Do you make arrangements for banquets and meeting rooms?
A: We do! Thank you for thinking of us for your floral needs at your event! Please fill in our Contact Us form and we will get back to you to create a customized quote for your event.
What if the recipient is not at home when you deliver?
A: For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the floral arrangement at the door (weather permitting). In some cases, to preserve the integrity of the arrangement, we may choose not to leave the delivery and reschedule.
Q: Do you have same day delivery?
A: Our floral arrangements are custom designed. For most orders, we will need at least 24-hours notice. But send us a message on our Contact Us page - we may be able to accommodate your needs!
Q: Can you deliver to hospitals in Camden County?
A: Of course! If you’re ever unsure of the logistics of a delivery or destination, please reach out to our customer service team at: amy@figandfernfloraldesign.com
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We currently accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. Please let us know how you would like to pay when placing your order. We will get back to you with details for payment.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Yes, your sales tax is included in the price of your arrangement. We are required by state tax laws to charge 6.625% for sold products in New Jersey.
Q: Do you charge for delivery?
A: No, never for our delivery area! Fig & Fern deliveries are free and never have any hidden fees! *Note: There may be a delivery charge if order is accepted and outside of our delivery area.
Q: Do you have a guarantee?
A: Fig & Fern Floral Design has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your flower arrangement (s) for any reason, please reach out to our customer service team.
